Tsholofelo Molati is the Founder and Managing Director of Leadhood Business Group (Pty) Ltd, a leading HSSEQ services company. With an impressive 24 years of experience in the field of HSSEQ, Tsholofelo has established herself as a renowned expert and thought leader in the industry.

Throughout her illustrious career, Tsholofelo has worked in various industries, including supply chain and logistics, aviation and airports operations, ports, electricity generation, and government. Her extensive experience in HSSEQ management development has equipped her with in-depth knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 28000, ISO 50001, ISO 13485, TAPA, IATA SMS, RTMS, and other industry-specific standards.

A strong leader and strategist, Tsholofelo has successfully designed and implemented HSSEQ roadmaps, strategies, and frameworks for over two decades. Her transformational leadership style has mentored and trained numerous HSSEQ personnel who have gone on to succeed in their careers. Tsholofelo’s leadership acumen has been demonstrated through her tenure in senior and leadership roles, including Executive and Director positions, which she has held for over a decade.

Tsholofelo has worked extensively in the Sub-Sahara Africa region, where she has been exposed to various international standards and best practices. Her exceptional leadership and contributions to the HSSEQ industry have been recognized through several awards, including global recognition for her outstanding work.
